The Indian fast casual concept, which has won awards and has grown rapidly and is popularly known for the quality of its food, is now celebrating its 10th anniversary. Curried was founded in 2009 and began as a joint venture between two of Utah's most successful restaurants, founded and expertly supported by former Utah State University students and local business owners.
Now 22 units are to be in operation by the end of the year, with an opening planned. Curried is now active nationwide and has corporate and franchise units in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New Jersey and Washington, DC.
The Midvale site will be open from 11am to midnight on weekdays and from 12pm to 10pm on weekends.
